Carl is licensed by the States of New York, New Jersey and Vermont. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. He sits as guest critic at architectural juries at his alma mater and is a Board Member and Chair of the Building Committee for the Athens Cultural Center in the Village of Athens, NY.
