About 

Carl Muehleisen is an Architect based in the Hudson River Valley and New York City.

Specializing in private residential and cultural work, locally, nationally and abroad, his work focuses on the experience of space.

His designs strive to achieve a lasting impression of having been in a beautiful place. With this intention the architecture creates a memory of experience that is shaped by form, material, texture, and color. Articulated by the atmosphere of light, his work is modern and timeless.

Carl is licensed by the States of New York, New Jersey and Vermont. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. He sits as guest critic at architectural juries at his alma mater and is a Board Member and Chair of the Building Committee for the Athens Cultural Center in the Village of Athens, NY.
