So..where to start? What makes me so unique compared to everyone else pursuing a career in architecture? It is my constant willing-ness to question,challenge and understand architecture and its relationship to people over time. I find this to be an extremely difficult challenge because you are designing a timeless architecture. One that must have multiple life spans and life cycles. Urban interventions, architecture, art installations all have the ability to perform over these life spans. I find myself ambitious over this because with the graphic representation skills I posess I can see these cycles come to life in order to make an impact for the future. This idea of designing something timeless with the ability to adapt is exciting to me because you are designing for the people and context that become the constant variable,ever changing.

The Product-Architecture Lab at Stevens Institute of Technology is a pioneering graduate program integrating the study of Architecture, Engineering, Product Design, and Interaction.

The program overcomes longstanding deficiencies in design education by creating a distinctive fusion of design culture and technology through the disciplines of computation, analysis, and advanced production methodologies.

The goals and objectives of this program are:

To prepare a new generation of design professionals that are fluent in cutting-edge technology and working methodologies.

To use performance criteria to design and engineer expressive environments and form.
To push design computation beyond form finding and visualization towards form resolution and fabrication.
To integrate the study of information management and communication with digital and physical manifestations of data.

The curriculum focuses upon immersion in the tools that inform the program's design objectives, and creates opportunities for students to undertake applied research on real projects and collaborate with designers, engineers, scientists and manufacturers at the most progressive design firms in the metropolitan New York area.

Sukkahville 2014 - Competition Finalist, Other

Competition Finalist - Built Project.

Sukkahville is an international design competition that challenges entrants to re-imagine the Sukkah. A Sukkah is a temporary structure built during the Jewish festival of Sukkot to commemorate the 40 years that Jews spent wandering the desert. It is described as a symbolic wilderness shelter, symbolizing the frailty and transience of life. Proposing an innovative Sukkah design that balances the dichotomies of new/old, open/closed, temporary/permanent is the challenge inherent in this competition.
