About

Victoria August is a fifth year architecture student pursuing her Bachelor of Architecture degree from N.C. State University. She graduated from Clemson University in May 2013 Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. Degree in Architecture and minor in Entrepreneurship.

The past three summers (and minimally throughout breaks and the academic year), Victoria has
held the position of Architecture Intern at LCM Design Group, LLC in Lexington, South Carolina. In addition to this internship, she co-ran a company, SaVi Design LLC, that she and her sister Samantha began in order to gain experience in the graphic design field. She enjoys the opportunities this company has brought her and has found that it has furthered her graphic design, architecture, entrepreneurship, and business skills. As a motivated student, she thrives on involving herself in as much as possible and enjoys balancing her time between architecture studio, other classes, volunteer work for the non-profit Homeworks of America, Inc., small jobs for LCM Design Group, co-owning a company, and tennis.

Starting at a young age, Victoria has gained a passion for traveling the world. She has had the opportunity to visit over thirty countries for different purposes including mission work, study abroad, and leisure. This passion has intensified through her studies as an architecture student and she hopes to continue traveling in her future.
