As a design manager I managed the design process of all of our amenity spaces we add value to, specifically
I managed the coordination between 3rd party Architects hired, our Interior Design Department, our Investments Team, and our Improvements Department. I established a standardized Revit Template from scratch, developed and managed new means and methods of documentation, document control, quality control, drawing production, and modeling. I established a standard workflow procedure using Revit Links and other coordination tools. I introduced and established a Project Management Software to assist in scheduling, coordination efforts, document control, and document sharing. I finished out Design Packages. I generated concepts for newly acquired properties from scratch using hand sketches, bluebeam, and Revit. I produced RFPs from these concepts, hired and oversaw the contracts from 3rd party Architects and other disciplines (Civil/Landscape).
