I am a person with lots of experience in the building and architectural fields. I have worked for large and small offices, done development work, written proposals, done programming, written specs, managed architectural projects, administered construction, designed and developed architectural projects, performed QA/QC on a wide range of projects, and have a real hands-on approach to work. I have built my own furniture, performed my own remodeling work, and understand how things go together. I work well with others, and have experience directing teams both large and small. I have experience in the private sector as well as public, from large luxury residential to federal and state government departments and agencies.
I live with my wife in Yonkers, NY and have been in the NY area since 2000. Oh, and I drove a private bus in Massachusetts for awhile.
