Responsibilities included: site surveying, zoning and code analysis, client interaction through the schematic design process, the creation of construction document sets submitted for approval by the D.O.B. Created 3-d models in SketchUp and Rhino 3d as desired.

Primary responsibility was the AutoCad drafting of RCP’s and Lighting Design Sheets for high-end commercial, luxury residential towers, and commercial projects. Prepared lighting specifications and cut sheets. Assisted in the installation and inspection of custom light fixtures. Created materials and drawings for lighting design presentations. Responsible for correspondence and coordination between clients and contractors to achieve project goals and deadlines.
