Over 30 years of comprehensive experience in Architecture and Project Management with a clear understanding of both design and construction principles. Before founding Dotterweich Carlson Mehner Design (DCM), Mr. Mehner led the west coast operations for Teng (now EXP).

Project Management skills in organizing large teams to assure timely completion of goals within overall project requirements coordination with Engineering and technical specialties, familiar with Quality Control and Quality Assurance models  fast track projects on time and on budget.

Experience includes cost estimating and developing schedules to effectively implement client requirements while maintaining budgets.
