Mr. Blythe has 9 years of experience working in all phases of project execution from schematic design through construction administration. At dD+P, he has the role of field representative for several New York City School Construction Authority Capital Improvement Projects, while simultaneously assisting with shop drawing and submittal review for LINE projects. He also assists with Capital Improvement and LINE Projects in various design phases, utilizing BIM and CAD software. Previously he worked at Delacour, Ferrara & Church Architects on midrise low income residential buildings. There he would often lead a small team of designers to complete bid and DOB packages.
