This part of my contribution to a summer abroad group project in Tongi University, Shanghai.  The project was a renovation to a block of lilong housing typical to the urban fabric of Shanghai.  The concept was to build residential towers over the existing condition to absorb the influx of rural transplants without displacing current residents.
