I served as lead designer and Project Architect for a $30 million renovation of an existing outdoor retail center located in Honolulu, HI. I participated in the development, documentation, management and administration of this retail center renovation through Construction Drawings and into bidding and CA.
I am currently serving as Project Architect for a larger overall renovation of the same retail center in Honolulu.

My responsibilities included oversight of coordination and engineering of the exterior envelope as well as the lead designer for primary lobby element known as the "Wave Wall"
