About

I will be graduating from Judson University in the spring of 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture. I have a passion for architecture to serve and aid communities with the use of efficient, creative, sustainable, and beneficial design. I want to be continually learning and growing through the experiences of working in a respectable firm. I am interested in many different aspects of architecture and interior design to have intentional relationships to serve the client's needs.
I have a passion for people and for service.

I spent four years at Judson University working towards my bachelor's degree and playing soccer. I was a captain for three years and was on a team that was nationally ranked and won very prestigious awards. I am very grateful for the leadership skills and perseverance I was taught through my years of being a student athlete. I am even more grateful for the way that I could serve the team.

I am also blessed for the service I was able to do overseas. I traveled to Nassau, Bahamas and Alajuelita, Costa Rica for missions trips to serve the underprivileged. We worked with many different ministries that reached to the community of adults and children. A few of the many programs we were involved with were Adventure Learning Camp, All Saints AIDS Camp, CCA Church and School, Addictions programs, and soccer ministries.

My previous work experience was at Silver Birch Ranch as a Waterfront Director and Climbing Wall Supervisor over the course of two summers. Through these job titles I was held at leadership positions that not only managed workers, but also supervised over 1500 kids and families in the course of a summer. These job necessitated organization skills, oral skills, motivational and positive attitudes, both for the campers I served and the workers I supervised.
