About

I am a versatile architect with experience in all phases of project design and execution from interviews with clients to construction administration.  Throughout my experience I have developed comprehensive knowledge of what it takes to get a project completed from a technical and conceptual standpoint.  I am passionate about developing design solutions that integrate the project objectives with appropriate contextual moves both in a social and environmental sense of the word ‘context.’  My Alaskan roots, education, and professional experience allow me to identify with a diversity of cultures, architectural scales and client needs, making me a quick learner and strong leader.

Shubin and Donaldson is a creative design firm that focuses on high end residential and creative office projects. As a project architect, I am responsible for several projects in various phases of design and construction. From the moment a project enters the office, I work with the client, consultants and contractor to develop a design and subsequent documentation that achieves the client's vision within the budget and time constraints. Maintaining a collaborative relationship with fellow team members and our clients is a priority in a small firm where a personalized experience is paramount.
