As an Architectural Designer and Researcher I'm interested in pursuing the ways in which digital fabrication technologies can revolutionize the creating of architecture. From multi-scalar 3d printing to CNC fabrication, coupled with parametric design and BIM, Architecture is on the edge of a paradigmatic shift in the way we site, design, and construct projects.
As a design professional I strive to integrate traditional design process, aesthetics, and construction methodologies with the emerging possibilities digital fabrication makes available.
I am neither a CAD junkie, programmer, or contractor. Architecture lies somewhere in the middle, a moderation of discussion of influence, form, technique, and fabrication to create indelible spaces, buildings and places.

2011 Branner Fellow, 1st Place
The John K. Branner Traveling Fellowship is a $25,000–35,000 prize for international travel and research, awarded annually to up to six Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) students in the College of Environmental Design. The 12-month fellowship, which starts in December, is to be used before or during the students' final year in the M.Arch. program. Students must explore a particular architectural question or issue that may later be expanded as a thesis. France and Italy must be included in the travel itinerary.
