My name is Carlos Ruiz-Cortina Seco.
I am a quantity surveyor. I am currently working on a major project in Valencia. My tasks are project manager and construction engineer. I am responsible for coordinating a team of architects and engineers, making infographics for clients, among other tasks.
Right now, we are in the first phase of architectural design. However, after considering your offer, I am strongly interested in finding better possibilities with your company at both a professional and personal level.
When I finish my career of quantity surveyor I started studiyng architecture in practice I have experience in various building projects, and rehabilitation, for that I give you an introduction to projects in which I participated in studies and engineering projects, the most important are:
-Building of 69 houses p.p. in La Granja de San Ildefonso (Madrid)
-168 And free housing tower block in Hospitalet de Llobregat
(Barcelona).
-Free building 64 homes on the street ambassadors, Madrid.
- Building 186 households P.P.B. in Tres Cantos (Madrid).
-33 Free family homes Colmenar Viejo (Madrid).
-Building P.P 79 homes in the Escorial.
-Building for funeral in Carabanchel.
To match my stay in the studio with the presentation of
contests have had the opportunity to handle graphics and
different presentation programs.
Among the various jobs I've held include my special
dedication and involvement in projects:

I live in Valencia, but I live in Madrid seasons but would not mind moving out outside of these cities or Spain, for that reason I am learning English language for years and I have a good level.
