•Redesigned mechanical plan for levels 5-17 to meet design intent due to team/contractual conflict. Saved client $100K in construction and labor costs.
•Produced construction documents and innovative detail development – ACAD 2008.
•Assigned tasks to team members and oversaw production developments.
•Development of the interiors furnishings and materials matrix.
•Construction administration; MEP, structural, lighting, interiors, and acoustical consultant coordination; RFI review and resolutions.
•Resolved UBC and ADA Code compliance issues with the City of LA.
