(Project was terminated due to client filing Chapter 11)

•Redesigned mechanical plan for levels 5-17 to meet design intent due to team/contractual conflict. Saved client $100K in construction and labor costs.
•Produced construction documents and innovative detail development – ACAD 2008.
•Assigned tasks to team members and oversaw production developments.
•Development of the interiors furnishings and materials matrix.
•Construction administration; MEP, structural, lighting, interiors, and acoustical consultant coordination; RFI review and resolutions.
•Resolved UBC and ADA Code compliance issues with the City of LA.

•Reorganized the construction docs package with high refinement.

•Resolved fire assembly issues during construction with the City official with timeliness, innovation, and efficiency.
