About 

A LEED Accredited Project Designer with 13+ work experience in Architecture in USA as well as overseas. Having worked as a project designer at KTGY Group Inc, Los Angeles since 2014, Kennath has gained years of experience in project programming, planning and design in number of multifamily and mixed use projects. His experience ranges from podiums, wraps, 3-4 story town homes (both fee-simple & condominium), 3 story walk ups & stacked flats designed for various market rates spreading from California to Seattle for industry leading developers like Summerhill, Summerline, Quadrant, Mill creek  and many other competitive developers . 

Having completed his Bachelors and Masters in Architecture at University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka with RIBA part I & II recognition, Kennath found the opportunity to start his journey in architecture as a junior Architect working with one of the most prestigious senior chartered architect in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Later in 2007 he moved to Los Angeles and joined to MGS architecture in Marina Del Ray,California gaining much valuable experience in Hi End residential projects and remodels. Later he joined with HH Fremer Architects in Los Angeles, earning more experience in Commercial, Institutional and forensic architecture.

In 2009 he earned LEED Accreditation and currently working towards Architectural license in California. Working as a industrial product designer for architectural seismic expansion joint systems at MH Powell & Co. in Los Angeles for 4 more years has added much in depth detailing and coordination field experience.

With gained experience of more than 13 years working in the field of architecture in California as well as in Sri Lanka, he is ready to contribute his talents and knowledge towards architecture and receive the joy of being a designer.
