About

As a recent graduate with a dual degree in Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Bachelor of Art in Economics from University at Buffalo, the State University of New York I am actively seeking an exciting professional path in architecture. I have obtained my LEED GA after graduation and hoping to procure hand-on experiences on green projects in the near future to become a LEED AP BD+C.

Within the four years of architectural education I receive from University at Buffalo, I’ve trained myself to be deadline driven and attaining the skill to be a quick learner. When it comes to designing decisions, I believe it is a central to first consider the user and existing site conditions. During my academic career, I received many opportunities ranging from designing a mosque in Cornell University to medical facilities at Buffalo Historic Polonia District, in all of which the existing site conditions and users were prioritized.

The fundamentals of my undergrad education includes model making with various materials, collaborating with colleague, confronting design obstacles, researching precedents, learning new software and exploring different graphic representation.

In addition to the knowledge I’ve amassed from my education, my experience as a site assistant on a single family construction site has provided me with solid understanding of building assembly. As a volunteer mentor of Buffalo-area Engineering Awareness for Minority, I received first-hand experience in leadership, organization and teamwork.
