At present I am mixing business and pleasure in my professional life, currently working for Brodale Castering Equipment in the UK. (I am a UK citizen but this site doesnt give that option), my duties are listed below,

I personally hjave managed to turn a £ 400,000.00 pound company to a £ 1,000,000.00 turnover company in 4 years. This has come about by implementing systems and legislation within the company for us to compete for bigger projects. We currently have contracts with Pronett a collection of restaurants throughout the UK, Hooters Inc, Local Colleges and Authorities and many city centre groups.

I have gained a more all round experience at Brodale on many management levels from setting up Construction line and CHAS which has involved an upheaval of all the Health and Safety systems, helping to re design systems of work and setting up a risk assessment and method statement system to bring Brodale in line with the demands of larger jobs in 2012 to helping to manage a more cost effective stream lined approach to store management.

My pleasure is music which I have been involved with for 12 Years touring the lengths and bredths of the UK. This was a business for 4 years managed and promoted by myself, now just pleasure.
