I work at a mechanical engineering company full-time, and on the side I keep myself busy with design work. I went to school and received a Bachelors of Science in Interior Design. I have 6+ years of experience with remodels, additions, tenant improvement, and 3D projects.

As an experienced and educated CAD designer in the architectural industry, I have the skills and knowledge that you are looking for. I am very knowledgeable in CAD and other programs related to CAD. I was at the top of my class for speed, and detail in the projects assigned. I feel that my young and ready to work attitude will be a good value to your company. I am very motivated, energetic, and committed to learning new things.

I have worked extensively with structural engineers, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and sub-contractors, and I am familiar with the coordination process. I am very familiar with conceptual layouts, construction documents, interior and exterior finish details, shop drawings, code research, and the 2007 California Building Code. I am very interested in a tele-communication, or full time basis. AutoCAD 2008, photoshop, sketchup, and many other programs are my current software mediums.

I will soon be going back to school to learn Revit so that I can continue to build my skills with the trends of society, so that my abilities don't become stagnate.
