Michelle Simoni is a young professional with over two years of experience working in the field of architecture and is actively pursuing LEED accreditation and licensure. She is passionate about creating spaces that positively impact people and the environment.
Michelle has experience working as an associate architect and intern architect aiding in the production of construction documents and graphics for multiple city transit projects including the Bus Rapid Transit concept for the CTA currently under the conceptual design phase for the City of Chicago. Other experience includes editing specifications, zoning adjustments, code work, site measuring, responding to rfi's, submittals, and cd set review..

At Bowling Green State University I underwent studies of Urbanism that included the analysis of declining cities in the U.S. and a final project in Toledo, Ohio. Another interest of my includes Historic Preservation with Salim Elwazani featuring rehabilitations and restorations of historic sites and buildings. The final Senior project a performing arts theatre to be located in Cuba, Havana which is featured in my portfolio works on this website. Other studies include: Construction, Engineering, Theory, Computer Modeling and Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing studies.
