Restore and maintain landmark buildings including facades and other appurtenances through surveys, tests, inspections and evaluations to determine the required remedial measures. Prepare AutoCAD 2013 drawings and construction documents. Prepare and submit filings for the Department of Buildings and the Landmarks Preservation Commission. Implemented office recycling program.

Founding artist focused on engaging underprivileged youth through arts education using personal artworks in classroom interventions. Responsible for conducting classroom art activities, lesson plan preparation, artist recruitment, portfolio management, website design and general graphic design tasks.

The Gerena Community School project received this award as part of the interior renovations performed in an effort to make the school environment safer in the public areaways used by the City of Springfield.
