Cauldwell Wingate, New York, NY, US, Project Manager

109 East 79th Street | Project Manager for for high-end, 34-unit condominium building designed by Steven Harris Architects and SLCE Architects. Construction commenced in February 2020. (Present)

203 Jay Street | Construction Manager of 33-story high-rise residential rental and 8-story office building located at 203 Jay Street in Brooklyn, NY designed by Woods Bagot. Working closely with the design team to coordinate and resolve any issues related to the contract documents, field conditions or otherwise. Daily responsibilities include scope + drawing analysis, material analysis, change orders, submittals and RFI’s. In addition, I work closely with the architect, engineers, consultants and client and attend or run regular project meetings. Promoted from Asst. Project Manager to Project Manager while on the project leading to greater involvement and responsibility. (2015-2019)

20 East End Avenue | Project Manager for pre-construction design development + bidding phase as well as closeout + punch list for high-end Upper East Side condominium building designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Montroy Anderson DeMarco. (2014 / 2019)

Pratt Institute - Thom Mayne Young Architects Program, Brooklyn, NY, US, Graduate Teaching Fellow

The Thom Mayne Young Architects Program supports two Undergraduate and two Graduate Students in Architecture with an interest in teaching Design Education to under privileged K-12 students. Fellowship included teaching an architecture course to a class of children, aged between 10-13 years old at a local public school in Brooklyn. The program introduces fundamental architecture and design concepts while allowing the students to strengthen their general problem solving skills and approach to their work in all areas of their education. This program is in collaboration with Pratt's Center K-12, School of Architecture, and Thom Mayne of Morphosis.

JFG Architects, New York, NY, US, Freelance Junior Architect

Prepared Design Development level drawings for a 15-story luxury high-rise condominium in Tampa, Florida. Produced construction drawings in AutoCAD. Elected to continue to draw and render the building in Revit in an effort to strengthen my digital skills and better understand both the project and general building documentation required. This project is completed.

Prepared and revised Permit Drawing set for home renovation project in Mt. Kisko, New York. Provided additional renderings using Revit and Adobe Photoshop to show the Architectural Review Board for approval.

Renovation project consisting of a two-story interior ft-out for Manhattan clothing designer, [BLANKNYC]. The project objective was to redesign the existing floor plans and create four programmatic spaces that allow for productive work environments. This project was performed independently.

This award is granted to showcase interior designs that are innovative and thoughtfully executed at educational facilities. The Gerena Community School project received this award as part of the interior renovations performed in an effort to make the school environment safer in the public areaways used by the City of Springfield.
