Integrate work of other studios and outside consultants into complete coordinated project
Manage the Team During Design and Documentation
Design and planning details, drawings, and specifications needed to construct project
Establish task assignments and schedules during design process
Assures sufficient drawings, samples, and communication of design documents are provided to client at each phase so project can be efficiently produced
Oversee progress, quality, and completeness of design documents
Review code implications
Develop contract documents
Coordinate printing and distribution of CD
Bidding and Construction Administration
Answer questions during bidding
Assist Owner in analysis of bids
Record bid data and schedule of values for future project cost estimating and fee negotiations
Prepare construction contracts
Office construction administration
Maintain data on change orders classified by cause to be used for future business development and quality control feedback
