I am a graduate with a 5-year B.Arch degree from Philadelphia University. I last worked on a thesis project as part of a year-long study. My research focused on the effects of the Fukushima nuclear crisis triggered by the 3/11 Tohoku Earthquake in Northern Japan. My continued exploration during my last semester revolved around innovative energy consumption and production in order to physically and psychological impact the lives of Japanese people through the use of architecture.
Throughout my academic career I have built upon my skills as a designer to graphically and verbally represent my work. The education I have received has allowed me to learn methods of design and construction while improving my techniques on physical and digital drawing and modeling. I have had many leadership experiences at the University including my involvement on the executive board for Freedom By Design. These experiences have advanced my communicative, organizational and management skills.
I am currently employed as an Intern Architect at L2Partridge located at 1717 Arch St._Suite 4101_Philadelphia_PA_19103.

Green, Urban, Glocal: Student Work from Philadelphia Architecture + Design Schools, Nomination
A group project I was involved in during a Comprehensive Design Studio course was nominated by Philadelphia University faculty as one of six projects to represent the school in an annual exhibition at the Philadelphia Center for Architecture called 'Green, Urban, Glocal.'
Green, Urban, Glocal is the Center for Architecture's annual exhibition featuring student work from Philadelphia's five Architecture and Design schools: Drexel University, Philadelphia University, Temple University, University of the Arts, University of Pennsylvania. The participating schools choose a selection of student work from various design departments within their institutions, from architecture and interior design to urban planning and landscape architecture. The work on display represents projects each school thinks most clearly represents their pedagogical philosophies.
