About 

Nenad Stjepanović grew up in Belgrade and studied in Belgrade and New York. He studied architecture at the Cooper Union, and art at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. During the studies, as a student-intern he has worked for smaller, but well-known bureaus, as well as for well-known construction firms – Cantor Seinuk Engineers and Diller Scofi dio Renfro. In the studio of the American architect Frank O. Gehry worked at competitions and urban planning projects in Lisbon, Brooklyn and Milan and on the project of the Museum of Tolerance in Jerusalem. After having returned to New York, he worked as an architect-designer and one of the project architects at the project of the new TKTS Booth in Times Square. Afterwards, he has worked as an architect-designer for the well-known New York bureau Kostas Condylis, which is mostly engaged in housing tower design. He was a guest at several universities as a member of boards at the degrees presentations at the Pratt Institute, the New School and GSAPP, Columbia University. He has been a guest professor at the Pratt Institute and the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Belgrade. He published texts in magazines Nin, Forum, SAJ and The Architect’s Paper. Nenad Stjepanović grew up in Belgrade and studied in Belgrade and New York. Current project responsibilities include project validation based international building codes ICC and British standard BS8300, NFPA101 regarding fire safety code, disabled accessibility, vertical transportation/lift access etc. including project management and stakeholder assets. Further, provided expertise on design detailing, validation and project procurement. To further quality control prepared RFI's, DVR's and reviewed shop drawings based on the quality and validation submission reports. Successfully completed coordination of the IFC drawings and generation of the BIM model. Achieved continuous quality management of the stakeholders - QC/QM, through DTM meetings

Astana, KCH, Kazakhstan, 500,000 sqm, Aldar Properties (Abu Dhabi) - mixed use residential, commercial and hospitality project comprising of a commercial 4-levels podium, 4 towers both commercial and residential, including a hotel and serviced apartment block
Security Forces Medical Center, Riyadh Saudi Arabia: 1,284,117sqm, Saudi Government Ministry of Defense. The Scope of Work included for execution, completion, testing and commissioning and furnishing of the whole of the works for the MOI Security Forces Medical Center Project for the Medical facilities, Academic Buildings, Data Center, Residential Section, Non-Medical Facilities: Buildings Car Park, Utility Plants, Service Buildings and Bus Facility Buildings Viceroy
