About

I have just recently relocated to the San Francisco Bay area and am currently looking for a position in Interior Design.  I have eight years of experience working on a broad range of project types. I have the most experience in corporate interiors and multi-family housing but have also worked on hospitality, government, and educational projects.  I have seen projects through all phases of project development from programming through to contract administration.  My specific strengths lie within the design phases but I also enjoy working in the field to resolve issues and ensure that the project is being built as intended. The ideal position for me would be with an architectural and interior design firm that believes in an integrated approach to design.

Employment

Cooper Carry, Alexandria, VA, US, Senior interior Designer

I started as an interior designer in Copper Carry's Atlanta office but transferred to the Alexandria Virginia office after a year and a half to help start up the Interior Design practice group in that office. In Alexandria I was responsible for working closely with the architects and consultants while overseeing the design and documentation on a variety of different project types. We had a small group of five designers that were responsible for working on our base building projects as well as developing our own interiors specific projects.
