I am an architect with 5 years professional experience in higher education and urban design work in the pacific northwest. I recently completed a graduate program at Cornell University with a focus in contemporary architectural discourse though I still maintain a pursuit of urban issues. The city and its relationship with built form as well as architecture's critical potential are current areas of research interest which relate to prior professional record. I graduated in May and am now looking for a professional experience which excites my interests in the discipline.

Plate Life : Architecture/Urbanism/Discourse at Cornell's AAP
This blog will document areas of discourse and architecture/urban achievements occurring in the master's program at Cornell's AAP in Ithaca, NY. While it will feature many students' work, I would like for it to maintain a discursive focus, illucidating the theoretical objectives of the work occuring here.
