I have over 30 years of experiences in Architecture /Interior and Furniture Design.
Last 20 years I have worked architectural / interior design firms for hi-end residential and hospitality projects all over U.S. as project architect / designer / manager.
My background include experience in both the creative and management functions in architectural,interior as well as product design over 30 years in both Japan and U.S.
I have worked with variety of clients 'types and sizes and I am highly skilled in every aspects of design and have strong knowledge of all Phase of SD, DD and CD as well as site MEP and Structural supervision, clients contact, construction schedules and budgets.
Also, I am adjunct professor at Fashion Institute of Technology (NYC) for Interior Design Department.
Experiences in custom mill work detailing, lighting,electrical,pluming, mechanical, specialized custom fixtures,and custom hardware's.
I am fluent in auto cad 2020 and hand sketching,model making as well as quick hand perspectives of space or details.
