On-site PM during the construction of 150 key luxury hotel and condominium buildings on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood. Very high end boutique hotel and condos with restuarants / bars and other amenities. Worked very closely with contractor's staff and owner's reps during fast paced construction.

Project Director for Wilshire Grand redevelopment project in downtown LA. This is a 70 story high-rise tower and podium structure which includes a 900 room hotel and 400,000 s.f. of office space; restaurants, ballrooms, fitness center, retail and 1100 car parking below grade. I supervised in-house staff and manage all consultant activities through the design phases and into construction. Overall face of the firm to the client and contractor, as well as City agencies for parallel permitting process.

On-site PM in Abu Dhabi during the completion of the CD phase and the first half of the CA phase of a 4 million s.f. campus for NYU on Saadiyat Island. Managed a large staff of architects and consultants, as well as the entire RFI and submittal process. Project was being constructed at the same time design was being completed so real-time coordination was required in a very fast paced environment.

On-stie PM at Denver International Airport during the programming and schematic design phase of a large expansion program at DIA. Coordinated with SC staff in New York as well as Zurich. Program inlcuded a 500 room hotel, light rail train station, signature bridges, and total revamp of existing terminal.

PM during CA phase of 1.25 million s.f. Children's Hospital of Chicago, a 25 story high-rise in downtown Chicago. Managed staff and coordinated entire RFI and submittal process from LA with consultants located all over the US.

Lead construction administrator for 150 story, 2000' tall residential tower in Chicago. Coordinated with Perkins and Will, AOR, as well as staff in Zurich. This would have been the tallest building in the US had the economic crisis not forced the project to be shut down after completion of the foundation package.

PM of a unique project in Boston called the Big Dig. Our scope included a large section of highway tunnel being constructed immediately above a brand new subway station being built around live subway tracks. Intense coordiantion with very large team of consultants and governmental agencies. Project also included an electrical substation and vent shaft building constructed nearby. I was PM for this one project for 6 consecutive years.

Additionally I was selected to represent EAI on-site at the University of Chicago during the CA phase of a 450,000 s.f. research building including physics, chemistry and biology labs. On-site PM for 2 higher education projects during the CA phase: at UCLA and UC San Francisco. Also acted as mediator for all dispute resolution of cost and delay issues between CM/GC and Owner. Point person for all MEP coordination using BIM process.
