Meet with clients to assist and develop programmatic requirements for their specific use (Laboratory facilities, daycare facilities, Montessori schools, restaurants and commissary facilities, corporate headquarters and other specialty clients).
I have taken a project from schematic design, final presentation, permit documents, project management and final construction documentation for the Client. In addition I have developed Mechanical, plumbing and electrical plans for the permit drawings. Some under the guidance of a Mechanical Engineer. I will also review the air balancing reports of projects that require them and determine if they comply with the engineer's design prior to their final approval.

Developed both interior and exterior details for brick masonry buildings as well as interior mill work details for high end residential and commercial buildings.

Prepared construction documents for piping modifications to existing nuclear submarines, SSN and SSBN Classes. Included on site investigation to the mock-up areas, vessels under construction and finished vessels.
Liaison designer between the Nuclear Piping Department and the Nuclear Piping Engineers.
