Qualifications :

Bilingual abilities in Mandarin and English.

Five years of experience in fast-paced project and in all phases: independent or
teamwork in schematic design, bidding, design development, construction document,
and detailing.

Extensive design and bidding experience in various types of projects: includes large scale
commercial, office, hospitality, retail, educational, residential and mixed-used projects.

Well rounded Chief Designer: managing and ensuring that project delivery and quality
meet client requirements/firm-wide standards. Practical administrative experiences
include:

- Successfully scheduling and meeting project deadlines;

- Creating great clients relationships based on trust and high-standard professional services;

- Coordinating project teams, including site-planning, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical engineering, plumbing, lighting design, and construction;

- Practical knowledge of permits, standards, building codes, policies, and procedures;

- Administration of construction including shop drawing review, on-site meeting and observation to assure design intent, quality, materials, budgets, and client satisfaction;

- Directing and reviewing the work of project team members to provide performance feedback and ensure that team members' skills and project requirements are appropriately matched.
