About 

In May 2011 Kaylee graduated from North Carolina State University with her Bachelor of Architecture. She is currently seeking a position as an intern architect with a prestigious institution where creativity, innovation, and a hands-on approach to solving complex design challenges is valued. Since graduation she has volunteered with the AIA Triangle 2011 Tour of Residential Architecture, worked on research for the Triangle Modernist Houses website, and has started work with the YAF Triangle Mentor/Mentee Program. Kaylee has a family history of architects and engineers, including her father, and has been surrounded by the industry her whole life. She likes to work with her hands, designing through physical models, and enjoys photography, hand sketching, and painting.

Help full-time working parents with household tasks, organization, and childcare. Supervised children and safety, nutrition and summer/after school activities. Developed strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Updated red-marked drawings using AutoCAD. Designed and assembled presentation boards for the firm's Interior Designer. Edited graphics for the marketing team using Photoshop and Illustrator. Shadowed employees in the office, at meetings, and on job sites. Helped office manager with organizational tasks.
