Prior to attending the University of Illinois at Chicago, I worked as a Project manager at Cannon Frank, a high-end residential Interior Design firm known for the impeccable attention to detail and mill work design. My responsibilities at Cannon Frank My responsibilities at Cannon Frank were construction documentation, FF&E selection, furniture delivery and placement, construction administration, custom furniture design and collaboration with the fabricators for the best final product.
Since graduating with my Master in Architecture and move to New York City, I worked with Bradley Stephens Design and S3 Architecture on a resort complex in Taijin, China. During my employment, I was part of a small team that worked primarily on the spa, retail and salon portion of the project. During this time I spearheaded the overall lighting concept and design with the principal, Bradley Stephens.
While working as a Project Manager at Hume Coover Studio, which is a small architecture and design firm that specializes in custom residential projects, my responsibilities included 2D and 3D final design mock-ups for client presentations, bid and construction documentation, FF&E research and selection, documentation for the Department of Building and Landmark Preservation Committee and construction administration.
During my time at Daniel Goldner Architects, I was lead on the interiors of a new 19 story high-end residential rental property in Brooklyn, New York from design development through bid-set construction documentation. This process included all FF&E research and scheduling, coordinating ADA requirements and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing locations.
Currently, I am working at PLAN as a Job Captain on commercial office build out. This process includes Concept Space Planning, Schematic Design and Design Development. During this time, I collaborate and coordinate with the design principal, facility managers, and office staff of the future build out. The process includes: building, plumbing code and ADA research and implementation, examination and execution of innovative office trends and work styles.
