• Designer and Project Manager for St. Frances Xavier Cabrini in Yucaipa, CA, at 26,000 SF and 1,600 seats, the largest Catholic Church in the firm’s history.
• Designer and project manager for the Encinitas Fire Station #5. The first Fire Station project designed by the firm. This project led to three more Fire Stations with the City of Encinitas and two more projects with other agencies.
• Designer and Project Manager for the Del Mar Railroad Cottages, five one-story Residential Cottages in Del Mar, CA. This project was awarded an Orchid for Historical Preservation by the San Diego Chapter of the AIA, in 2002.
