Performed Code Compliance and calculations for various renovation and new construction projects across dozens of local jurisdictions. Familiarity with IBC, ANSI, NFPA, and various local code amendments.

Schematic Design:
Completed typical floor plan schematics for a office-to-residential conversion in Manhattan. Completed schematics, presentation graphics, and renderings for an office to retail conversion in downtown Manhattan. Completed 3d presentation graphics for various commercial storefront renovations.

Drafting
Drafted numerous sets of construction documents, ranging from coordination sets to permit and bid sets, including quality control measures and MEP coordination. Drafted and submitted addenda and bulletins as required, per project.

Rendering:
Modelled and Rendered numerous 3d renderings, using Rhino and 3d Studio Max, for projects including Educational K-12, Courthouse, and Airport Concourse facilities. Worked with project teams and Revit files to create 3d Presentation imagery.

Schematic Design:
Developed residential and lobby schemes for a 105,000 SF assisted living facility in Westchester, New York. Developed building massing and appearance in accordance with local historic precedents and zoning ordinances.

Drafted numerous sets of construction documents, ranging from coordination sets to permit and bid sets, including quality control measures and MEP coordination. Drafted and submitted addenda and bulletins as required, per project.

Planning & Zoning Approvals:
Guided a 35,000 SF non-compliant NYC building proposal towards the procurement of a zoning variance, with coordination with real estate and environmental consultants. Created 2d and 3d images for presentation to NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission for proposed three storey addition to a building in a local landmarked district.

Schematic Design:
Developed numerous residential schemes for a two story addition to a historic Manhattan row house, with coordination from structural engineer. Surveyed existing conditions within public hallways, dwelling units, and for exterior elevation features.
