About 

John Goldsmith is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary artist and designer. Born in Boston, raised in New York City and Philadelphia, he studied architecture at Columbia and Harvard, and trained at Frank Gehry & Associates before focusing his work on motion picture design. Most recently, Goldsmith designed THE BOSTON STRANGLER, and REBEL RIDGE (with Ryan Warren Smith). His previous projects include CAUSEWAY (with Jack Fisk), PERRY MASON, THE OA II, CHAPPAQUIDDICK, A MOST VIOLENT YEAR, and ALL IS LOST. He has worked with a range of filmmakers including the Coen Brothers, Michael Mann, and Tom Hooper, art directing such projects as NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN, JOHN ADAMS, and LUCK. In between projects, he maintains an art practice and lives in New Orleans with his architect wife and their three sons.
