About 

I have recently relocated to New York, NY and is currently looking for opportunities within the landscape architecture and architecture realms of NYC design discipline.

I have an undergraduate degree in architecture and a master of landscape architecture, and have had approximately 5 years of full time working experience in both landscape architecture and architecture firms in the US.

I am legally able to work in the US without any visa sponsorship. I am also billingual in Chinese and English.

Landscape Architect with focus on graphic presentation/illustration support, planting plan & details for site permit bid set, as well as cost estimate and etc.

Projects include:
CVS site permit bid sets in various MA, CT, and NY location;
Gillette Stadium Parking expansion;
institutional practice works including masterplan for Nassau Community College, NY, dormitory expansion at Merrimack College;
Perkins school for the blind Bradlee Play area conceptual design, powerpoint presentation for streetscape improvements for the Town of Ayer and Town of Carver.
Graphics illustrations that include masterplan and typical roadway sections that involves the use of CAD, illustrator/photoshop/indesign, for client presentation.
Planting plan along with planting detail in CAD and land F/X.
Site furnishings and light fixture research, coordination with various vendors and standardizing landscape typologies/spec sheet for institutional practices deliverables.

Projects include:
Best Buy PAC sales floor remodeling project;
J.C. Penney 2013 Home Department roll-out, J.C. Penney 2013 Joe Fresh store roll-out, Sephora stores within J.C. Penney department stores for February 2013 and May 2014 launch;
Retail Group of America brands (Zippy, Lipsy, Promod, Sergent Major, and Cortefiel) CD sets for selected retail location in Pyramid Group malls in New York State and Massachusetts.
Main responsibilities include contacting municipalities to understand and comply with permit submittal requirements, coordinating with GC and MEP consultant, setting up lighting layout (within Sephora and Home department), and permit set layout and submittal for the various assigned J.C. Penney stores assigned within submittal deadlines, and ADA and code compliance with Zippy and Lipsy brands store layout CD package submittal to various municipalities.
