I am an accomplished licensed Architect and result focused senior manager with over 25 years of experience in setting up and managing execution of Architectural / Interior Fit out works and supply of furniture companies from scratch specialized in Design & Build projects for the Private, Public, Medical, Hospitality and Educational Sectors in diverse roles across the organizational hierarchy.
I have expertise in furniture products lifecycle management, which involves various phases starting with market research, customer requirements assessment, product restructuring followed by product deployment and post-implementation support with major focus on attaining complete client’s satisfaction.
I am a Bachelor of Architecture degree holder from the American University of Beirut. I am also a Swedish national who can work anywhere in the Gulf states,Europe or the US. I am currently working as the CEO of Insignia based in Jeddah and Riyadh in KSA from Jan 2014.I successfully set up Insignia in Jeddah and Riyadh during 2014 to generate a turnover of SR 10 million during the same year then raised it to SR 30 million during 2015. Before that I worked as a Managing Partner and General Manager with Kinnarps of Sweden (KPS) based in Jeddah, Riyadh and Khobar in KSA from Feb 1999 to Oct 2013. During my tenure at KPS, I executed major projects like the new premises of Microsoft (Riyadh and Jeddah), Savola headquarters (Jeddah), Gulf International Bank (Riyadh), Procter and Gamble headquarters (Jeddah), Pepsico headquarters (Jeddah), Pfizer headquarters (Jeddah), Microsoft (Jeddah and Riyadh), etc. In KPS (Dubai), where I worked as a Design Architect and Fit-out works Departments Manager from Mar 1996 to Oct 1999, my main assignments were to design new interior environments, project manage the execution of these environments then supervise ordering / installation of high-quality furniture in it.
