I built my first house when I was 10 years old
That is, I built it on The Sims 3, a computer game that was all the craze back in 2010; I have always been a creative thinker and my thought process has always been design focused.
Today, I’ve swapped out Sims3 for Revit and HGTV for construction project management courses, but I’m definitely still living my ten year old self’s dream. Architecture to me is all about thoughtfulness, in every sense and application of the word- from context, to material selection, to construction. I don't approach architecture simply as a profession, I approach it as a mindset.
Conscientiousness is what I believe drives great architecture, and I am committed to striving towards that and applying it to everything I do.
