I have been lucky to work with a broad range of project types, from schematic design to construction documents and field inspection. High end residential projects have been definitely more recurring though since Puerto Rico has become an attractive destination for tax purposes. I approach design with a simple but playful attitude and a sustainable frame of mind. I am on path to licensure with a pass in Practice Management and Project Management underway. I look forward to experiencing NYC and I hope you enjoy my portfolio.
CMA Architects & Engineers, Guaynabo, PR, US, Architectural Designer
My responsibilities vary from programmatic design and initial concept development to full CDs, code reviews, details and responding to submittals and RFIs.
V Architecture, San Juan, PR, US, Junior Architect
In my short time as Junior Architect here I worked on concept design and construction documents for commercial and hospitality projects. I mainly used Autocad, Revit, Sketchup and Archicad. Most memorably I helped develop a conceptual master plan for Puerto Rico’s convention district and presented directly to clients on occasion.
Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico (PUPR), San Juan, PR, US, BArch, Architecture
Architecture in PUPR is very theoretically engaged and places great emphasis in research. I enjoyed classes surrounding urban topics the most.
