I have had the pleasure to lead five projects in DBR where CMA had the role of architect of record. DBR is a Ritz-Carlton administered beachfront gated community in Dorado, Puerto Rico. I have led coordination with consultants and the construction documents phase of two single family residences with 11k and 14k square feet, two apartment buildings with eight units each and the amenities Beach Club with pools, a spa, and restaurant. Even though I had no great design input in scope, these projects gave me a great wealth of knowledge around  construction details and project management that I have been able to apply to projects with full design scope.
