Irmak Ciftci is a recent graduate from Pratt Institute and is currently residing in New York. She is driven by challenges and innovative applications of representation and fabrication processes. While studying in Pratt Institute, she has co-curated Aesthetics of Prosthetics Exhibition for the Dean's Lecture Series. Throughout her education, Irmak has won and been nominated for design awards and scholarships, seven of ten design projects chosen as best-of-studio and have been archived and published by Pratt Institute. She has worked as a Research Assistant in Interdisciplinary Technology Lab (ITL) at Pratt Institute for 4 years, operating extensively with 3D Printers/ CNC Milling/ Laser and Digital Cutters.
