Implement the brand’s work letter and act as point of contact during due diligence and lease negotiation.
- Evolve design concept, materials, and branding strategy inclusive of exterior storefronts
- Responsible for overseeing, tracking, and refining the overall construction budgets including progress reporting on capital expenditures averaging $10-12 million annually
- Ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with contract document requirements and specifications with required quality; Effectively resolve design and construction issues as they arise in the field
- Strategically work with Facilities, Retail, and Marketing teams to execute various renovations and special projects
