About 

My name is Eve (Yifan) Li, an architect and interior designer. 

I graduated in May 2020, from the University of Southern California with a Master of Architecture and got my Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree majoring in Interior Architecture & Design from The George Washington University. 

Currently, I’m looking for an architecture/ interior design firm located in NYC. I am interested in working on different types of design projects including residential, commercial and hospitality projects. I enjoy working with in a team environment where I can communicate efficiently with team members to inspire and challenge each other.

Design:
-Build mood board & pitch presentation to convey design concept to clients for hospitality & office projects.
-Make spatial layout models in Revit.
Documentation:
-Set up Revit model & sheets.
-Make tender sets & CD sets by creating 3D models, families, 2D annotations, revisions according to design change & site conditions.
FF&E:
-Communicate with FF&E venders on price quotations, turn-over time, etc.
-Create FF&E schedules in both excel and Revit Keynotes.
-Set Up standardized Material Library for long-term collaborating brands such as Lunuers.
Project Leadership & Time Management:
-Understand project timeline and manage own time accordingly to make
project milestones (submissions & approvals).
-Check-in with project manager in a timely-manner about project progress.
Client Management:
-Record & translate meeting minutes to help communication between English-speaking design studio and Chinese clients.
