A self driven individual who is involved in the community and a devoted to parenthood. I love team collaborations and architecture. After my 20 year journey I enjoy architecture and all its forms of artist expressions. I love the great outdoors as well as a crowded urban space.

Self-employed as a Freelance Designer, California, Ventura, CA, US, Senior Designer & Senior Project Manager

Collaborating on several commercial and single-family projects located in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Projects types consist of Classroom Buildings, Commercial Development, Marina Renovation Project, High-End Restaurants and Mixed Used development. Clients consist of a variety of private and public clients, (Prajin Brothers Corporation, Faith Community Church of Fillmore, RED-O Restaurants, EC&C Law Firm, Ventura Calvary Church, Casa Del Bracero Community Building, Brighter Beginning Oakland Clinic). Projects are lead from the preliminary design development phase along with feasibility studies, design development production and presentations, Architectural Design Review boards and Historical Heritage Board meetings, specification books writing and public art collaborations. Developed computer models for energy and environmental optimization, energy models, from early concept to detailed design and daylighting metrics, like daylight autonomy and annual sunlight exposure.

Delivered project manual for a small firm in Santa Barbara, Lead team of 4 employees for medical types of structures. Attended Planning Commision Hearing, Planning Approval and zoning clearance. Generated rendering and color presentations for design options and Planning Department submittals. Coordinated drawings with consultants using clash detection software and Revit models. Scheduled project design team deliverables for the client. Cost analysis and preparation of Specifications. Used Specification software and BIM coordination of CSI sections. Some clients included Cottage Hospital and Clinicas Del Camino.

Consulting Designer, Disney Imagineer/Fontana Architects:, Ventura, Senior Designer

Worked as a consultant for the Imagineering staff under the supervision of Fontana Architects and Disney Staff. Generated computer models for Shanghai Disney theme park. Models were generated using Auto-cad and Revit models in order to collaborate with the Shanghai design team overseas. Completed the Design Development phase for three theme park rides, Disney’s Adventure Island, Soaring over the World and River Rafting. Coordinated drawings and specifications with the creative engineering team, ride consulting team, geotechnical, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers. Lead a small team in developing design-build drawings for the $4 Billion dollar budget to the construction of the new theme park.

Lead Project Manager for various clients, Beverly Hills EOC/Police Expansion (2.4 Million Dollar Renovation for 2nd-floor renovation at existing Police Facility Building). Lead Project Architect coordinator and designer for several public sector clients, a 4.5 Million dollar indoor gun range for the City of Fremont Police Department. Senior Designer to a new 90,000 SF, 23 million dollar police facility for the City of Chino Police Department.
