- Sheraton Four Points Airport Hotel, Trinidad
▫ Produced multiple site design schemes for a hotel shaped as either a bar or L for client approval.

- LIRR Enhanced Station Initiative
▫ Urbahn served as the Architect in a design-build team to restore three station houses owned by the LIRR
▫ Realized the design, visualized by a third party, within constraints of field conditions and abbreviated schedule.
▫ Produced complete Document Sets, including details and sketches in response to client and consultant comments / RFIs.
▫ Coordinated with a team of Architects, structural and civil engineers, lighting designers, signage, environmental and historic preservation consultants and attended weekly client/team meetings

▫ To provide full accessibility to stations, elevators were designed and strategically located, minimally impacting historically significant elements such as tile and terra cotta.
