Hello, I'm Xinxin Li and just graduated from Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design program in Columbia University.
Before I came to New York, I spent 6 years studying urban planning and architecture design in Tsinghua School of Architecture in Beijing, in which city I observed great accomplishment of architecture and incredible speed of urbanization. My previous internship in Shan Jun Atelier provided me the opportunities to participate in the cultural projects and historical preservation researches based on Beijing typical context.
Since I studied in Columbia GSAPP, I was instructed by Nahyun Hwang & David Eugin Moon, Marc Tsurumaki, and Juan Herreros from whom I got a high-rank remark for my studio works. During this year, I lived and studied in New York, which gave me new passion and inspiration of architectural design and made me decided to continue work here.
