As an architect and a designer, I am very hardworking, able to collaboratively work in a team environment and I easily adapt to new situations and technologies. My current career goal is gain experience in a professional design environment in order to use that knowledge as the foundation for me to become a registered architect, and to open a practice of my own.

Performed site surveys, assisting an RA or PE with inspecting existing building conditions in accordance with NYC’s Façade Inspection Safety Program (FISP) in order to file a FISP report with the DOB.
• Performed site surveys to document existing building dimensions and existing building conditions in order to create a bid set for owner and contractor review.
• Assisted RA or PE with design decisions that would make building repairs effective and safe in accordance with FISP.
• Designed detail drawings for repairs on various projects that entailed unique conditions and/or limitations.
• Assisted the RA or PE with the pre-bid walkthrough.
• Reviewed completed bid forms with RA or PE and owner in order to select the most qualified bidder.
• Assisted RA or PE with weekly or monthly site visits at the projects that were undergoing construction.
